• The student should apply for the Navodaya School in the same district of their residence.
• A student looking for admission in Hindi speaking region has to go to study in a non-Hindi-speaking state for one year before getting admission in class 9. If a student refuses to undergo this then NVS can cancel his admission and withdraw that seat.
• After the display of the selection list by authority, a candidate from the reservation category has to verify documents.
• Divyang category students have to show their medical certificate for admission on the date prescribed.
